Jill Silman Chapman is a Senior Performance Consultant with Insperity Traditional Employment Solutions. Ms. Chapman partners with clients in order to recruit and train staff with an emphasis on productivity and performance.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master's degree in HR Management from Tarleton State University, SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, and has 25+ years' experience in the HR and recruiting industry.

Through presentations, webinars and podcasts, she helps businesses find the best talent with the latest in recruitment strategy, talent attraction methods and technology. Ms. Chapman has been quoted as a business expert in such media outlets as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and CBS MarketWatch, and has worked with such clients as Marriott, Fox Sports, Monster.com and HR.com

Mark Goldman is a CPA and the founder of MGR Accounting Recruiters and Where Accountants Go, and the author of the book “49 Tips For A Successful Accounting Career”. In late 2006 he started MGR Accounting Recruiters, a locally-focused recruiting firm specializing solely in Accounting placement, and then 10 years later in 2016 founded www.WhereAccountantsGo.com, a state-wide career website for accountants.

Mark graduated from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. He worked in public accounting handling tax and general business consulting, and then entered the recruiting industry in 1993.

He has served on the local board of directors for the San Antonio Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs in several positions including being a past-president, as well as on the state-level TSCPA board as a director. In addition he has been involved at both the committee level and board level in other accounting-related organizations such as the Institute of Management Accountants, Financial Executives International, and the American Payroll Association. He also has led the career transition ministry at his church.

On a personal level, Mark was fortunate enough to be able to marry his high school sweetheart, Sayuki, and they are blessed to have a daughter.

DISTINGUISHED PANEL MEMBER

Sheridan Chambers has demonstrated experience starting, running and growing business over the last twenty years. In his latest venture, Sheridan serves as head of operations and finance.

Previous to work at Denim Group, Sheridan was President of BrandDefense, a privately-funded intellectual property protection company. BrandDefense helped clients identify misuse of their intellectual property on the Internet. This service automated the process of sorting and organizing information so that clients could more easily enforce their intellectual property rights. In his capacity as President, Sheridan was responsible for strategic direction, finance and accounting, sales, and marketing. 

Barney Randol, CEO and Principal  Mr. Randol has been a member of Health by Design’s leadership team since 2005. Mr. Randol oversees the administrative and financial areas of Health by Design and is responsible for executing the mission and vision of Doctors Player and Ogletree. A seasoned entrepreneur for over 40 years, Mr. Randol’s prior experience includes owner and partnership roles in retail, property and casualty insurance, banking, and real estate enterprises. In addition, he was the President, CEO and Principal of the largest dental provider network in Texas – Texas Dental Plans. Mr. Randol holds positions on numerous community, church, and corporate boards.
